If you're interested in being an organ donor, after you've registered, it helps to support your wishes if you complete an Organ Donor Card and carry it with you wherever you go. This helps medical personnel know your wishes should they be unable to resuscitate you in the event of a traumatic event or fatal medical situation. The Organ Donor Card also supports the decisions made by medical personnel to preserve your organs in an effort to use them to save the lives of others.
